About us

PM Associates has been in business for over 50 years.  PM handles all aspects of the vertical transportation industry — elevator inspections, elevator consulting and elevator modernizations.  PM is involved in loss and risk control consulting that is performed primarily for insurance companies. Other clients include MGA's, TPA's, building owners and safety managers.  PM writes detailed underwriting reports for insurance underwriters, building owners, and safety managers.

PM Associates is headquartered in Spring House, PA, just twenty minutes northwest of Philadelphia. A subsidiary office is located in New York City.

We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business since 1959. We maintain a long list of prestigious and satisfied clients. We take great pride in providing high quality reports and excellent time service at competitive rates.

Management

Allan Benincasa is the President of PM Associates. Allan joined the company in 1968. He is involved with all aspects of the company, but spends most of his time in the administration of the business and elevator consulting.

Anthony Benincasa is the Vice President and his duties involve marketing and sales and the administration of the Loss Control and Premium audit sides of the business. Anthony joined the company in 1990.

Terry Morley is the Loss Control manager.  Terry has over 30 years experience in the loss control industry.  Terry is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and his focus is on the management of loss control reps in the field.
